Operations Manager
Arsh manages Ark’s operations and internal systems, keeping the organization running smoothly behind the scenes. He supports logistics, workflows, and process improvements that help Ark deliver high-quality work efficiently.
Aidan Alexander
Strategy Advisor
Aidan supports Ark’s strategy, advisory, and philanthropy ecosystem building work across a wide range of projects. He contributes quantitative analysis, research, writing, and synthesis, and often jumps in where needed to help move high-priority work forward quickly and clearly.
August Hochman
Founder & CEO
August works with philanthropists individually to develop their giving strategy. With a deep understanding of her funders needs, she helps them navigate uncertainty and translate big-picture goals into concrete plans.
Martijn Klop
Research Analyst
Martijn leads Ark’s in-house strategy research, grant evaluation, and impact assessment. He synthesizes complex information into clear, decision-relevant insights and helps maintain rigorous, consistent research processes across Ark’s advisory work.

Executive Advisor
Leonie supports Ark’s Founder & CEO with executive decision-making, organizational strategy, and internal alignment as Ark grows, helping the team stay focused, effective, and resilient.

Special Projects Coordinator
Rocky supports Ark’s Founder & CEO with special projects and day-to-day coordination. She works with August across a range of priorities to ensure that Ark can not only serve our funders, but also our grantees, and the broader high-impact philanthropy ecosystem.
