Justin works across AI policy research, strategy, incubation, and special projects. Justin leads Ark’s operations to ensure a strong foundation, managing finances, physical operations, knowledge systems, and risk management.

August works with philanthropists individually to develop their giving strategy. With a deep understanding of her funders needs, she helps them navigate uncertainty and translate big-picture goals into concrete plans.

Martijn designs and executes research, working across strategy, grant evaluation, and impact assessment. He synthesizes complex information into clear, decision-relevant insights and helps maintain rigorous, consistent research processes across Ark’s advisory work.
